Delivery and Returns

WHEN WILL I GET MY PACKAGE?

We will process your order as quickly as possible - usually on the same day of your order or the next work day. For orders over 100€, shipping is free, for orders under 100€ the international shipping fee is 6,95€. Once your parcel has been handed over to one of our logistics partners, you will receive your order's tracking number along with the delivery confirmation via email. This will allow you to check the status of your delivery online using the courier's tracking portal.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

You are unhappy with your purchase? Not a problem - after receiving the package you have 30 days to return the items to us. As soon as your returned items have been received by us the amount for those items will be automatically refunded. The time it takes for a refund to be issued depends on the payment method, but will be processed within 14 days after we received your return.
